The Pope Valley Scholarship Fund

Norm Blanchard was a noted San Francisco architect and a member of the University of California Board of Regents.  He designed the Pope Valley School. When he retired to his ranch in Pope Valley,  he maintained his interest in education and comunity affairs.

Betty Wilms was a resident of Pope Valley for more than 5 decades.  Her love for the valley was partly inspired by her  admiration of the educational commitment to the youth of Pope Valley  by Joan and Norm.  She worked tirelessly to promote the Pope Valley community and was deeply committed to a tradidtion of community service. The current board carries on her work inspired by the examples of these community leaders.
