Following the directions on the first page of the application,  print the completed form and mail it to us at:

Your completed application must include the following items:

1. Personal and Educational information form.

2 An honest, thoughtful, literate personal essay  (See the list of topics on the application essay page.)

3. The financial estimate form.

4. your high school transcript

5. Two letters of recommendation, at least one of which must be from a teacher or counselor.  Please DO NOT submit letters from family members or friends.  The letters of recommendation should be printed on school stationery or a business or company's official letterhead when possible and mailed along with your completed application.

Important reminder:  Your completed applcation package must be received by us on or before the April 12, 2024 deadline. Late applicaions will not be accepted.
